Strong aptitude for innovation and cost optimization by aligning strategic plans and technical solutions with the  organizational business needs, identifying and delivering effective IT systems to achieve mission critical goals; leading project delivery teams in the development, management, and implementation of complex projects.  

Able to establish strong strategic business partnerships with program areas with emphasis on: reducing overall program and IT cost; increasing program effectiveness through business process improvements; improving workforce effectiveness through increased access to information, data sharing, leveraging collaboration tools, and expanding the use of analytics and reporting;  increasing the effectiveness between IT and business through IT Governance; and providing a sustainable customer relationship delivery support model across multiple geographical locations.


Panora Associates, Inc. will serve as a strategic and business development adviser in the following areas:

  • Assess opportunities and advise on feasibility
  • Provide insight and advice on the project approval authority process (understanding of the various stages and approval processes)
  • Provide understanding and timing of budget, funding mechanism and funding sources
  • Assist with Executive Sponsors, Key stakeholders and Influencers – how to manage relationships
  • Counsel on navigation through the control agencies
  • Counsel on procurement approach and strategy (e.g.; getting departments to understand and utilize all available contract vehicles, advising and development of a procurement strategy, etc.)
  • Advise on strategies to make projects successful – focus on project delivery
  • Provide support to your local sales team and marketing activities
  • Work with Client on specific organizations to move efforts forward.
  • Coordinate meetings with State Agency/Departments decision makers.
  • Strategic and Teaming Opportunities -identifying and advising on potential teaming opportunities with prime or subs (partnering) that will add value to bidding opportunities. Coordinate meetings as appropriate.
  • Assist Client with planning and communications to build a strategic and practical framework that will assist in gaining opportunities to compete (e.g.; submittal of proposals - leading to increased market share).
  • Assist/review a high-level communications strategy and appropriate materials for presentation to appropriate decision-makers and constituencies.
  • Work with the Client to develop brand identification and awareness within state and local government operations.
  • Advise the Client on what IT events to participate in and how best to leverage events and contacts (assisting with increasing Client’s name recognition).
  • Hold periodic meetings to review the status, progress and action items
  • As needed, conduct by telephone or e-mail conversations to deal with specific areas of interest, critical items, etc.
